Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders before the shipping label is created. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.  When returning, the shipping fee will be subtracted from your refund. 

 

Refunds 

Once the device is received and inspected, we will send an email to the customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the return is approved, we will process the refund form our system and the fund should show up in original payment in 3-5 business days.

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 72 hours upon arrival, if the product is damaged. Customers will need to work with us to fill the insurance claim. Once the claim is submitted, we will send out a new device on the second business day.
