We proudly offer FREE domestic shipping and international shipping.  Please note that we require 1 business day on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your address, estimated delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days for domestic (USA) orders and 7-14 business days for international orders. The delivery time for international orders are depends on custom clearance.  Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For domestic shipping, we work with UPS as our primary carrier. We do UPS ground or UPS 3 days as a standard shipping to make sure all our orders will be delivered in 3 business days after we sent out. 

For international shipping, we work with passport shipping for better custom clearance. We do charge duty tax for most of countries and it couldn't be waved since legal issue.

 

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

Once order been place, customer will get an email for order number. The confirmation email won't take more than 10 minutes to be received. If not, please check spam folder of email or send a request to our customer service. Once then shipping label is created for order, customer will get another email with tracking number. Customers can also tracking orders from our website with their order number. 

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at bocastorycustomerservice@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

We do accept 14 days return and exchange with no asking and 30 days return and exchange with reasons. The start date will be the day your order get delivered. The return shipping fee will be applied from refund besides the return reason is quality problem.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

For a better customer service, we do buy insurance for all shippings. If you didn't receive the package or the device get damaged when you received it. Please contact our customer service email: bocastorycustomerservice@gmail.com as soon as possible. Customers need to work with us to fill with insurance claims. After the claim being submitted to insurance company, we will send a new device our directly for better customer experience.
